The Material:

The cooler box made from PE, short  for  polyethylene which injected with PU(Polyurethane) insulation foam, and is sealing with good quality freeze style gasket to keep the ice retention time up to 5 days.

Our hinge system was built into the body and lid for added durability and they have been connected by 304 stainless steel rod, so damage and rusty will never be problem you concerned.
